Abstract
Objective:To compare on the change of awareness rate of mental health related knowledge among the medical staff of township hospitals in Baoding city in 2013 and 2016, to analysis of the function that counterpart-assistance guidance training displayed in improving the awareness rate among medical staff of township hospitals, to provide evidence for further exploring the training methods for medical staff at the basic level. Methods:We carried out the work of counterpart-assistance guidance for medical staff at the basic level in Baoding city, selected the medical staff of township hospitals who had participated in concentrated training in 2013(before the start of counterpart-assistance guidance training)and 2016 as survey respondents, and conducted an investigation by the questionnaire on awareness rate of mental health and mental disease prevention knowledge that formulated by general office of the ministry of health, mental health work index evaluation methods for the investigation, and further analyzed the tendency. Results:The number of completed surveys was 467 in 2013, and 938 in 2016. The awareness rate of mental health knowledge was higher in 2016 than that in the year of 2013(X2 =6. 03, P＜0. 05). But, of the following items, such as "people of almost any age are likely to have psychological problems", "optimistic and cheerful attitude towards life, good interpersonal relationships and healthy habits help us to maintain mental health", "the possibility of psychological problems and mental illness is very small in the elderly", the awareness rate was lower in 2016 than that in 2013(X2 = 27. 27, 4. 96, 15. 71; 0. 05). Conclusion:Counterpart-assistance guidance training has a significant impact on the change trend of the awareness rate of mental health related knowledge among the medical staff of township hospitals in Baoding city, however, increasing the intensity of training is still needed.关键词
