摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of depression on the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer after radical operation, and observe the effect of psychological intervention on the prognosis of patients with depression. Methods:A total of 140 cases of patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled in the study and were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, 70 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received positive psychological intervention. SDS scores, changes of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ and scores of FACT-Cx were compared between the two groups. Results:After the intervention, SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(t = 7. 947, 2. 950, P<0. 05), and the SDS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t =-5. 682, P<0. 05). After the intervention, CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t = 5. 643, 3. 198 and 2. 871, P<0. 05), and the CD8+ was significantly lower than that in the control group(t =-3. 609, P<0. 05). After the intervention, scores of FACT-Cx in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( t = 4. 024, 4. 226, 3. 457, 4. 695, 4. 358, 6. 853, P<0. 05). Conclusion:Depression can alter the immune function. Positive psychological intervention can improve the mental health of patients with cervical cancer after radical resection and improve the immune function.关键词
