高职生内隐群体认同现状及社会认同威胁效应
Implicit Group Identity of Higher Vocational College Students and the Effect of Social Identity Threat

Abstract
Objective:Based on the study the implicit group identity of highervocational college students, the effect of social identity threat was discussed. Methods:Implicit association test was used to study the two dimensions of implicit group identity, which were self-classification and implicit group self-esteem in 107 higher vocational college students. Results:The effect of implicit self-classification was significant(t = 9. 249, P<0. 001) while the negative effect of implicit group self-esteem was significant(t =-9. 089, P<0. 001). Conclusion:At the implicit level, higher vocational students tend to link themselves with higher vocational groups, but at the same time have negative attitude of higher vocational groups, then have social identity threat effect. Facing the threat of implicit social identity, the main strategy adopted by vocational students is to remain in the group, but to maintain the negative attitude towards the group.关键词
