Comparison of Domestic and Foreign Structure Reliability Design Standards in Engineering Construction
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous development of China's engineering infrastructure capacity overseas, it is very necessary to compare domestic and foreign reliability design standard in the field of engineering structure. A comparison from four aspects has been made in this paper and the results show that: ① China's standard and international standard is basically the same in terms of general principles of reliability design, but the specific implementation of such standard is divided by industries in china, which is divided by structural design types in Europe in the contrary. ②The limit state design method in which partial coefficient reflects the reliability level is the mainstream of reliability design standard both in China and Europe. ③The determination of reliability index of European standard is mainly based on the engineering risk analysis method with relatively unified specific values. Yet China's standard is mainly based on the calibration method which specific values are not adjusted by the acceptable level of social risk. ④The determination of the partial coefficients of European standard is determined by deterministic method, while the determination of such factor in China is mainly based on the one time reliability method.关键词
