Development of Control System for Cheese Packaging with Woven Bag and Palletizing
摘要
Abstract
A kind of control system for cheese packaging with woven bag and palletizing was discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of current automatically packaging system for cheese were summarized and analyzed. A kind of control system based on cheese packaging with woven bag and palletizing was put forward. The system included the host computer and five lower computer modules with different functions. Through the control of single cheese weight deviation, the weight deviation of single bag cheese was accurately controlled with the method of selecting yarn bag with computer. It is considered that automatically packaging and palletizing of single woven bag packaged cheese can be accurately controlled with the system through onsite installation and usage effect evaluation.关键词
