Abstract
In order to address the problems of redundant basic data sources and complex affect factors as well as the shortage of intelligent decision-making support, an intelligent decision-making platform for power grid planning based on multi-source data fusion and business integration is conducted. The advanced technology such as internet plus, cloud computation, big data analysis and processing, and multi-source information fusion analysis are fully used to promote power grid planning level. By fusing mass basic data which from power grid GIS system, production management system, energy management system, intelligent distribution network operation monitoring platform, and electric information acquisition system, and integrating the business process of power grid diagnosis and analysis, planning and feasibility management, economic and technical evaluation, an intelligent decision platform for power grid planning is constructed, which includes multiple business systems of integrated information management, load analysis and forecast, power grid diagnosis and analysis, power system simulative calculation, planning and feasibility management, economic and technical evaluation. The platform has been applied comprehensively in Shandong power grid, and it significantly improves the efficiency of power grid planning and economic-social benefits.关键词
