跨国互联电网的成本分摊方法研究
Study on the Tactic of Cost Allocation of Transnational Interconnected Electric System
摘要
Abstract
It is highly possible that the internationally interconnected electric system should be enlarged, transformed technically and the power flows will change with time. On the basis of the net input or output of each substation and the path and destination of each power flow, a strategy to dispatch the cost of transnational interconnected electric system which combines diversified lifecycles and annual rates among different nations, including the static investment, operation cost, cost of loss of electricity and cost of land depreciation in transmission corridors, is demonstrated. Analysis of an example of transnational interconnected electric system is conducted.关键词
