摘要
Abstract
Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas has been widely used in electrical equipment due to its excellent insulating properties and arc extinguishing properties, which is the basis of the stability of the equipment. The working principle of the three detection methods of gas chromatography, infrared spectroscopy and helium ion chromatography are introduced, and the same sample gas was detected using the three methods and the results were discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of each detection method and the scope of application are analyzed to provide some help for the experimental personnel to choose in the process of testing.关键词
