摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of ultra-high voltage direct current (UHDC), "Strong-DC-weak-AC" has become a unique characteristic in Shandong power grid. As a result, it is urgent to build the accurate load shedding system to ensure the stable operation of Shandong power grid. Based on the communication resources requirements of the accurate load shedding system, a new millisecond control scheme with packet transmission network (PTN) is proposed. With this millisecond control scheme, the communication delay between the control system and the endpoint converting station has been greatly shorten. It provides strong support for accurate load shedding system.
