Abstract
The shearer's pick of the shearer directly acts on the coal wall, and changing the parameters of the movement will change the cutting characteristics of the drum. The study on the relationship between cutting parameters and the cutting performance is the theoretical basis for improving the performance of the shearer. In this paper, the simulation experiment of cutting process was carried out by PFC3D. The movement parameters of different shearer rollers were simulated and different cutting thicknesses, cutting angles and cutting line velocities were set up. The relationship between cutting resistance and energy consumption of cutting ratio, cutting performance under different parameters were evaluated, which provides a research basis for optimization of the design of the shearer.关键词
