靳三针结合认知康复训练治疗脑卒中恢复期患者认知障碍的临床研究
Clinical Effects of Jin's 3-Needle Combined with Cognitive Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Convalescent Cerebral Apoplexy with Cognitive Impairment

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jin's 3-needle combined with cognitive rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral stroke patients with cognitive impairment. Methods:Eighty patients hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation, Guangdong Hospital of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, from January to December in 2016 were randomly divided into observation group(Jin's 3-needle combined with cognitive rehabilitation training) and control group(cognitive rehabilitation training) according to the principle of "minimum distribution of unbalanced index". During the treatment, 4 patients in the observation group were removed, and 2 patients were lost, while 4 patients in the control group were removed, 2 patients were lost. Finally, in the observation group there were 34 cases, and in the control group there were 35 cases. Before and after the treatment as well as 1 month after the treatment, the two groups were assessed with the mini-mental state examination(MMSE) for cognitive function and the modified Barthel index (MBI) scale for daily living ability. Results:After the treatment and 1 month after the treatment, MMSE score and MBI score were significantly improved than those before treatment(P＜0.05);the observation group was significantly higher than the control group on MMSE score and MBI score(P＞0.05);1 months after the treatment the observation group still showed better effect(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Jin's 3-needle com bined with cognitive training can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with stroke and improve the self-care ability of daily life, showing better effect than the single cognitive training.关键词
