三黄止痒搽剂联合耳背静脉放血治疗轻度痤疮疗效观察
Observation on the Curative Effect of Sanhuang Antipruritic Liniment Combined with Posterior Auricular Vein Bloodletting Therapy in Treating Mild Acne

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Sanhuang antipruritic liniment combined with posterior auricular vein bloodletting therapy in the treatment of mild acne vulgaris. Methods:The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Sanhuang antipruritic liniment combined with posterior auricular vein bloodletting therapy, while the control group was given cream containing 0.025％ tretinoin. The course of treatment lasted for four weeks. Results:At the end of the treatment, the total clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 86.76％, while that in the control group was 56.3％, with statistical difference between two groups(P＜0.05). The lesion score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the treatment group was 8.33％, while that in the control group was 38.33％, with statistical difference between two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Sanhuang antipruritic liniment combined with posterior auricular vein bloodletting therapy was a effective and safe treatment for mild acne, and it is easily accepted by the patients.关键词
