杵针配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of nerve root type cervical spondylosis treated with Chuzhen therapy and traction. Methods:There were 68 patients diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Chuzhen therapy and traction, while the control group was treated with acupuncture and traction. The two groups were treated 1 time per day, 5 times a week, 10 times as a treatment course. The treatment lasted for 2 courses. After the treatment, visual analogue scale(VAS) score were recorded to compare the effect between before and after treatment and between the two groups. Results:In both groups, VAS scores were lower after treatment than before treatment, with statistical difference(P＜0.01). After treatment, the VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P＜0.01);in the treatment group the total effective rate was 97％, while it was 79％ in the control group, with statistical difference(P＜0.05). Conclusions:Pestle needle combined with traction shows obvious effect on nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Pestle needle could dredge and unblock qi and blood to harmonize yin and yang, and it is painless without wound and piercing the skin.关键词
