刘梅运用当归芍药散治疗胸痹经验
Experience by Professor LIU Mei on Treating thoracic obstruction with Danggui Shaoyao Powder
摘要
Abstract
Danggui Shaoyao powder is the Chapter of Women Disease of Essentials from the Golden Cabinet. This formula aims at disharmony between liver and spleen, spleen deficiency and liver depression, qi stagnation and dampness obstruction, and is regarded as an effective formula for abdominal pain for women. In this formula, Shaoyao(peony) inhibits the liver to prevent liver over-restrict spleen, and relieve the pain, Danggui (Chinese angelica) and Chuanxiong(Rhizoma) regulates qi and blood, Baizhu(bighead atractylodes rhizome) fortify the spleen, Fuling(Poria cocos) and Zexie(Alisma orientale) fortify the spleen to promote urination. Professor LIU Mei holds that any diseases of this disease mechanism, especially the chest bi, can be treated with this formula by modification.关键词
