孙轶秋治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘经验

摘要
Abstract
Professor SUN emphasizes that the pathogenesis of cough variant asthma in children was introduced is that the root is deficient healthy qi and the branch is excessive evil qi, and the deficiency and excess are in reciprocal causation. Deficient healthy qi mainly involves lung, spleen and kidney;and the key for disease mechanism involves wind, phlegm and heat. The disease should be treated according to different stage as follows:during the attack stage, dispelling wind and clearing heat, reducing phlegm and stopping cough;during the inflammation stage, replenishing qi, eliminating wind and phlegm, and treating the branch and root;during the remission stage, tonifying qi and nourishing yin, supporting healthy qi and reinforcing the root.关键词
