益肾化瘀泄浊法治疗早期糖尿病肾病经验
Experience in Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy by Tonifying Kidneys, Resolving Stasis and Purging Turbidity
摘要
Abstract
The understanding of disease mechanism and experience in prescription for early diabetic nephropathy was summarized. For the disease mechanism, kidney deficiency is the root and internal accumulation of stasis and turbidity is the branch. On treatment, dietary therapy is emphasized and medication aims at tonifying kidneys, supplementing essence to consolidate the root, and purging the turbidity and resolving stasis to treat the branch. The treatment should base on the symptoms and last for long time to achieve satisfactory effect. Also there are proved cases to illustrate the experience.关键词
