针刺睛明、承泣为主治疗干眼症30例

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Acupucture on Jingming(BL 1) and Chengqi (ST 1) and other points on treating xerophthalmia. Method; Thirty patients (60 eyes) with xerophthalmia received acupuncture treatment, with Jingming (BL 1) and Chengqi (ST 1) as the major points and Cuanzhu (BL 2), Sizhukong(SJ 23), Hegu(LI 4), Quchi (LI 11), Taixi(KI 3), Sanyinjiao(SP 6), Guangming(GB 37) and Xuehai(SP 10) as the auxiliary points, 6 times a week for three weeks. The symptom scores before the treat? Ment, after the first treatment, after the first week, after the second week and after the third week were recorded and analyzed. Tear secretion function value before the treatment and after the treatment were recorded and analyzed. Result: Symptoms were relieved after the first treatment and after each week. After three weeks of treatment, tear secretion function value was improved than before the treatment. The total effective rate was 86.67％. Conclusion: Acupuncture on Jingming(BL 1) and Chengqi (ST 1) as the major points shows satisfactory clinical effect on xerophthalmia.关键词
