摘要

Abstract

Effective matching between supply and demand of technological achievements is the key factor to promote transformational efficiency. This paper considers the hesitancy and fuzziness of group decision information resulted from the complex environment and the level of knowledge and experience of decision makers, and brings in the interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets theory to construct a matching optimization model for the supply and demand of scientific and technological achievements aiming at the maximization of overall satisfaction. Finally the paper takes a science and technology achievement transformation center in Tianjin as an example to prove the rationality and validity of the model, which provides a reference for the supply and demand matching of scientific and technological achievements in the technology service platform.
