摘要

Abstract

This article analyzed the causes and harm of excessive medical treatment, and proposed some countermeasures against excessive medical treatment from the perspective of performance appraisal. Public hospitals should establish a reasonable performance appraisal system. This system should synthesize the operating efficiency, cost control, physician professionalism and individual development. Only in this way, could public hospitals inspire the serving enthusiasm of the medical staff and improve the quality of medical service.
