摘要

Abstract

Due to the complex nature of the smart grid intertwined and constrained with each other, coupled with its development in different planning time periods of investment in technology and capital in the dynamic characteristics showed significant differences. The system Dynamics model of the dynamic development of renewable energy considering quota system was established, and the real data was simulated by simulation. The results show that the dynamic model of the renewable energy system developed in this paper can be used to evaluate the low carbon and high efficiency of the smart grid, and can effectively increase the carbon emission reduction by increasing the renewable portfolio standard (RPS) quota ratio. In addition, the improvement of renewable energy investment can help to promote the efficient development of smart grid, and the effect of the transmission capacity is the most, followed by the peak and valley rate, and finally the network loss rate.
