黑启动过程中高压直流输电的变参数FLC控制
Variable Parameter FLC Scheme of HVDC During Black Start-up

Abstract
A well-designed control of HVDC can speed up the recovery of power system. In order to coordinate the opposite frequency characteristics of sending and receiving ends, a variable parameter frequency limit control (FLC) scheme of HVDC used in system black-start was proposed. Firstly, the mathematical model of asynchronously connected system was established, and the optimal FLC parameters leading to minimum frequency changes of both sides under a certain operation were obtained. Then a novel variable parameter FLC control scheme was proposed to adapt to the continually changing of the AC system capacity and equivalent generator parameters during the black-start. Finally, simulation results by PSCAD/EMTDC verified the validity of the proposed control scheme.关键词
