摘要

Abstract

The negative impedance caused by constant power load, limited selection of filter parameters and the harmonics of the power supply network can always caused the DC voltage and current oscillation on the DC-link of the traction converter which will affect the stability of power supply and traction drive system. This paper presented a voltage based active damping technique. By extracting the DC voltage resonance component, the damping voltage vector was introduced on the basis of the feedforward modulation voltage and the method was analyzed in detail. Besides the overmodulation caused by the compensation was also considered, and the influence of the suppression scheme on the steady state control was analyzed. This method is not limited by the bandwidth of the current control loop which improves the input impedance characteristic of the load side and the system stability. Simulation and experimental results verifying the effectiveness of the new active damping method were presented.
