献血者K抗原血清学筛选结果分析
Serological analysis of the K antigen in blood donors
摘要
Abstract
Objective To perform serological analysis of K antigen in blood donors and analyze the results. Methods 3 784 blood samples were examined by the 96 well plate method. The anti-K positive cases were confirmed by test tube method. Results 3 cases was K antigen positive and were all Han ethnic. For the 96-well-plate-method-positive samples, the results in tube tests were 2+. Conclusion There are K antigen in the blood donors in Beijing area. It is possible that anti-K were produced in vivo after infusion.关键词
