摘要
Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases induced by hypertensive disorders of pregnancy is a cardiac pump dysfunction that occurs on the basis of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.In severe cases,there is even a group of heart failure syndromes characterized by left heart failure.The disease is extremely dangerous and has a high lethality.However,the disease often onsets occultly because its early symptoms are easily overlooked.Therefore,patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy should receive efficient antihypertensive treatments as well as dynamical heart function evaluation.In addition,active correction of high risk factors contributes to the prevention of heart failure.For patients who have had acute heart failure, besides the treatment for acute heart failure,it is also significant to take appropriate measures to treat the primary disease of preeclampsia and terminate the pregnancy in time.关键词
