M2型肿瘤相关巨噬细胞与子宫内膜癌相关性研究
Correlation of M2 tumor-associated macrophages with endometrial cancer

Abstract
Objective To study the expressions and clinical significances of M2 macrophages and CD47 in endometrial cancer(EC).Methods Totally 44 EC patients were collected from January, 2014 to December, 2016 in International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Specimens were collected from 24 patients who were treated with dilatation and curettage during the same period. These specimens confirmed by pathology were diagnosed with proliferative phase endometrium or secretory phase endometrium and were used as control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the expression of CD163(a relatively specific marker for M2 macrophages)and CD47 in 44 cases of endometrial cancer and 24 cases of normal endometrium. The relationship between M2 macrophages and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results There was more M2 macrophages infiltration in EC than in normal endometrium(P<0.05). Besides,number of M2 macrophages in endometrial carcinoma was associated with high pathological grade,high FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis and lymphovascular space involvement (P<0.05).CD47 protein expressed in both EC tissue and normal endometrium. There was a positive correlation between the number of M2 macrophages and CD47 IHC score in EC(r=0.6826,P<0.05).Conclusion M2 macrophages may be associated with the progression of EC. The expression of CD47 is related to the M2 macrophages infiltration in EC and they may play an important role in the progression and treatment of EC.关键词
