Study on immune adhesion function and CRl-like expression level of porcine erythrocytes

Abstract
To provide theoretical data for subsequent research on the molecular mechanisms underlying the immune function of porcine erythrocyte CRl-like, in this study,we investigated the variability of porcine erythrocyte CRl-like at the individual level and determined its relationship with the immune adhesion of porcine erythrocytes. Flow cytometry was used to analyze the immune adhesion levels between Landrace porcine erythrocytes and fluorescent Escherichia coli and to determine the expression levels of erythrocyte CRl-like. One-way ANOVA,one-sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test,and other statistical methods were used to compare the expression characteristics of erythrocyte CRl-like and its correlation with immune adhesion functions. Porcine erythrocyte immune adhesion could be classified into three types at the individual level:low,moderate,and high,with mean fluorescence values of 33.897± 3.294(34.483% ),68.076 ±12.145 (46.552% ), and 129.232±8.143(18.966% ),respectively. CRl-like expression levels were also classified into three types at the individual level:low,moderate,and high, with mean fluorescence values of 21.479±0.865(14.583% ),27.984±2.218(81.034% ),and 36.690±0.058(6.897% ),respectively. There was a significant correlation between erythrocyte adhesion levels and CRl-like expression levels (r=0.835,P<0.01),and regression analysis showed that both variables obey a classical S-shaped curve (lny=7.817 -102.911x,r2 =0.729,P< 0.01). In conclusion,variability in expression levels of erythrocyte CRl-like among Landrace porcine individuals are variable,which is correlated to porcine erythrocyte immune adhesion levels.关键词
