摘要

Abstract

Methods on immortalization of Bcell are always a research focus. How to keep the Bcell continuous propagation and expression of antibodies plays a vital role in the development of therapeutic and diagnostic antibody drugs and products. Methods for immortalizing Bcells include hybridoma technology, infection with Epstein-Barr virus or SV40 virus, and genetic modification of Bcell. The immortalized Bcells which can rapidly and efficiently produce monoclonal antibodies and overcome immune rejection among different species, are therefore an ideal source of monoclonal antibodies. This article mainly summarizes the recent research progresses and future direction in Bcell immortalization, which could provide some references for people in this research area.
