Abstract
Most of the malocclusions are preventable and controllable. The above goal can be achieved through the complete management during the whole dentition development.The dentition development is a long process and it can be divided into several stages, such as pre-eruption phase of deciduous teeth, deciduous teeth phase, transitional teeth phase and permanent teeth phase. At the same time, it can be affected by a lot of pathogenic factors and finally, some kind of malocclusions will be produced. Therefore, we should try to get rid of all these pathogenic factors in order to unlock the full potential of the dentition development, and to reduce or even clear off the malocclusions. Here we highlight some clinical management strategies for different dentition development stages by analyzing the pathogenic factors of the corresponding dentition phase and probing into their effects on the corresponding dentition development.关键词
