Azathiopurine therapy for inflammatory bowel disease: the principle of dosage.
摘要
Abstract
Azathiopurine is the key medicine in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD). The effect of Azathiopuine is related to the drug dosage, but high dosage can induce more side-effect. It has not been commonly recognized what's the appropriate dosage for Chinese IBD patient is. This review just wants to answer the question to help physician in their treatment strategy.关键词
