外科手术是溃疡性结肠炎不可缺少的治疗手段之一,对有适应证的患者,及时的手术治疗可以减少术后并发症.针对急性重症溃疡性结肠炎和难治性溃疡性结肠炎,积极的药物治疗,包括糖皮质激素、环孢素或生物制剂有较好的疗效,但治疗无效时需要转换为手术的时机尚未完全明确,本文仅对此进行初步的讨论.
