摘要
Abstract
Surgery is an important part in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. For the patients with indications, timely surgery can reduce the risk of postoperative complications. As to acute severe ulcerative colitis and refractory ulcerative colitis, positive treatment, including steroid, cyclosporine A and biologics, could achieve certain results, and this this makes the decision of switching to surgery sometimes ambiguous. This article aims to discuss the timing of operation for potential candidate.关键词
