老年炎症性肠病的治疗策略
Management of inflammatory bowel disease in the elderly patient.
摘要
Abstract
As the global population ages, the prevalence of IBD among the elderly is expected to increase. Management of IBD in the older patients poses unique challenges. Serious infections, malignancy, and drug interactions are the complications needing concerns in medical therapy. There are few medical and surgical studies to guide management of elderly IBD. This article will review the literatures on management of IBD in the elderly, including medication(5-aminosalicylic acid, steroids, immunosuppressants, biological agents), surgery and preventative management, hoping to improve clinical physians' understanding.关键词
