摘要
Abstract
The incidence of inflammatory bowel disease in China has been increasing these years. Because the peak age of onset is during the child-bearing period, more and more patients are facing the challenge of pregnancy. The patients with inflammatory bowel disease need the guidance from specialists in order to choose the best timing of pregnancy, reasonable medication during pregnancy to control the disease activity, select the appropriate delivery method, and ultimately achieve favorable maternal and neonatal outcomes, and also to obtain the lactation medication and vaccination guidance after childbirth.关键词
