Abstract
Through ten years of efforts, agnetically controll edcapsule gastroscopy (MCCG) has already been widely used in medical institutions at home and abroad, and has become an important modality for screening and examination of gastric diseases. Several clinical studies have already demonstrated that MCCG has comparable accuracy in diagnosing gastric diseases compared with conventional gastroscopy. Furthermore, MCCG has the advantages of no need of anesthesia and excellent acceptance. It can be used in the stratification of patients with gastric diseases, which will be beneficial to the national survey of early gastric cancer and reduce the excessive demand burden on conventional gastroscopy. However, MCCG is still at the development stage. It still need more largescale clinical researches to further confirm its application value in the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal diseases.关键词
