Abstract
Recently, among all the gastric malignancies, China has the world's largest new cases and deaths. Most patients with gastric cancer in clinic have entered advanced stage of gastric cancer, with a poorer long-term curative effect. Meanwhile, the 5 year survival rate for early gastric cancer after treatment can reach 95％-97％ in China. In recent years, with the rapid development of digestive endoscopy in China, newdiagonostic and therapitic endoscopy technologies for gastric cancer have been practiced. The early detective rate of gastric cancer in China increased. And the endoscopic therapitic shows more effective and less invasive, which significantly improved the survival rate of patients.关键词
