摘要
Abstract
It is a hot pot how to balance the treatment of cardiovascular diseaseand the gastrointestinal mucosal injury caused by dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT). Being a painless endoscopic examination, capsule endoscopy can observe the mucosa of digestive tractexpanding from small bowel to esophagus, stomach and colon. It has become a main means to examine the intestinal mucosal injury caused by DAPTor low dose aspirin.Capsule endoscopy hasthe advantages ofhigh compliance of patients and accurate diagnostic yield, similar to gastroscopy and enteroscopy. In the future, the application of magnetically controlled capsule endoscopy in the stomach will be the next hot pot in the research of the mucosal injury.关键词
