摘要
Abstract
Most critically ill patients need to be treated in bed, especially those with mechanical ventilation. After bed rest, the body's function declines, which is what we often say the ICU-acquired weakness. Once the ICU-acquired weakness is formed, even if the patient gets better and moves out of ICU, the decline may also last for a long time. The nature of ICU-acquired weakness is the decline of neuromuscular function caused by various factors, which leads to the decrease of immune function and the decrease of anti-inflammatory ability, aggravating the development of the disease. Early rehabilitation training can effectively delay or reduce the speed of neuromuscular degeneration, and win the opportunity for treating the whole body.关键词
