Abstract
[Objective] To explore the effect of docetaxel, doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide (TAC) chemotherapy regimen combined with ultrasound knife axillary lymphadenectomy on postoperative axillary lymph node negative and life cycle in patients with early breast cancer.[Methods] Seventy-six breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from February 2013 to November 2014 were selected as the research objects and randomly grouped into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with ultrasound knife axillary lymphadenectomy. The observation group was treated with TAC chemotherapy on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and axillary lymph node negative rate of patients in the two groups were compared, and the metastasis rate, recurrence rate and life cycle of patients in the two groups were compared.[Results] The total effective rate in the observation group was 81.58% (31/38), which was higher than 60.53% (23/38) in the control group (P <0.05). The axillary lymph node negative rate in the observation group was 68.97% (20/29), which was higher than 42.86% (12/28) in the control group (P <0.05). The metastasis rate in the observation group was 7.89% (3/38), which was lower than 26.32% (10/38) in the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was 10.53% (4/38), which was lower than 31.58% (12/38) in the control group (P <0.05). The life cycle of patients in the observation group was longer than that of patients in the control group (P <0.05).[Conclusion] The curative effect of TAC chemotherapy regimen combined with ultrasound knife axillary lymphadenectomy on patients with early breast cancer is remarkable, which can help the positive axillary lymph node turn negative, reduce the metastasis rate and recurrence rate, and prolong the survival cycle.关键词
