Construction of the teaching team of medical graduate courses from the perspective of improvement of innovation ability
摘要
Abstract
Greatly improving the quality of high-level talents training is an important pivot for a university to achieve its strategy and realize its connotative development. This article first discusses the thoughts and principles of constructing the teaching team of graduate courses. Then it proposes some measures for constructing graduate course teaching team, including perfecting the structure of teachers' educational background, strengthening teachers' competence, optimizing the talents cultivation system, integrating the curriculum, applying various teaching modes, and diversifying means of assessment. The above measures will be able to deepen the reform of comprehensive graduate education and teaching.关键词
