摘要
Abstract
In the process of promoting river chief system, river basin management authorities and administrative departments all have their own functions and responsibilities. Under the working policy of water management in the new age, it is crucial and urgent to give full play to river basin commissions and river chiefs by complementing each other's strong points and weaknesses, and make joint efforts and actions for river and lake protection. Through analysis of current condition and issues related to river basin management and implementation of rive chief system, the model of integrating river basin management with river chief system are examined in terms of its contents, approaches and suggestions, so as to find solution for cross-basin river and lake protection and development.关键词
