我国省级河长的比较分析与建议
Comparative analysis of provincial river chiefs in China
摘要
Abstract
Since the promulgation of Guidelines on Full Implementation of River Chief system, the name of general river chief and the name -list of governors acted as the river chiefs are publicized by 31 provinces/autonomous regions/municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Through comparative analysis of the number of provincial river chiefs and their administrative posts, it is found that the river chief system has been effectively carried out and the nomination of provincial river chiefs complies with the accountability system that requires the party leader as the key responsible person. Finally, relevant suggestions are given regarding to the existed problems.关键词
