Abstract
Objective To establish standardized obstetric and gynecologic biobank, clinical human specimens have a great role in basic and clinical translational research. The establishment and administration of obstetric and gynecologic biobank is of high importance in early detection, prevention, and treatment of related diseases. Methods We established the informed consent and get the ethics committee allowed and explored the establishment, maintenance and comprehensive quality management of the obstetric and gynecologic biobank, so as to provide high quality service for researchers. Results This study established a standard operation procedure of sample collection and processing. We have collected a total of 29 kinds of 70 000 samples with obstetric and gynecologic related diseases. Conclusion A number of outbound samples to undergo our quality control test were randomly selected. The results showed that most samples meet the standard of quality control and the needs of scientific research.关键词
