干细胞资源库及信息管理系统的标准化建设
Standardization construction of stem cell bank and information management system
摘要
Abstract
The stem cell is the cornerstone of clinical research and regenerative medicine, which will be a valuable resource for disease research, drug discovery and extremely important in disease prediction, diagnosis and treatment. The standardized construction of stem cell repository and information management system will improve the quality of stem cell related humoral and tissue samples collection, processing, storage and distribution, and will also promote new methods, techenologies and concepts development. Established in 2015, Department of Biobank, Shanghai East Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine, is the first standard biobank in China, which integrates stem cell used in the clinical research with tissue and body fluid resources applied in basic research. At present, there are five main functions of biobank, which are the cell seed bank, the master cell bank, the working cell bank, the cell product bank and the third party cell storage center. We hope to provide qualified samples not only for stem cell clinical research and application of our hospital, but also for scientific research, clinical, drug screening of universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions.关键词
