Recent advances in the study of non-coding RNA regulation of atherosclerosis
摘要
Abstract
Atherosclerosis is a disease seriously threatening human health and multiple factors can cause atherosclerosis disease. In recent years, non-coding RNA (microRNA, LncRNA and circular RNA) has been found playing an important regulatory role in the development of atherosclerosis. Non-coding RNA regulates the development of atherosclerosis mainly through the regulation of vascular endothelial cells or macrophages differentiation, migration and apoptosis. This paper summarizes some of the basic characteristics of microRNA, LncRNA and circular RNA, as well as recent advances in the regulation of atherosclerosis by non-coding RNA.关键词
