针刺联合参松养心胶囊治疗频发室性早搏疗效及对室早频数、指数的影响
Acupuncture Combined with Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the Treatment of VPB: Study of Frequency and Index of VPB

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule in the treatment of frequent ventricular premature beats(VPB) and to assess its influence to VPB frequency and relative index. Methods:68 patients with frequent VPB were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Potassium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate; on which basis, the observation group was also treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule. After four weeks of the treatment, clinical efficacy, frequency and index of VPB, and index of Tp-e interval were compared between the two groups. Results:Tp-e interval was significantly shortened, and frequency of VPB was decreased, index of VPB was increased, and TCM syndrome integral was decreased(P ＜0. 05), of which the observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule can significantly improve the clinical curative effect on VPB with the pattern of deficiency of both qi and yin, it can increase the index of VPB, down-regulate frequency of VPB, shorten T-p interval; it can reduce the risk of malignant arrhythmia and improve heart function.关键词
