温针灸联合关节腔注射对膝骨关节炎临床疗效的随机对照研究
RCTs of Needle-warming Moxibustion and Intra-articular Iijection in the Treatment of Knee Ostarthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of needling-warming moxibustion and intraarticular injection for patients with knee ostarthritis (KOA), in terms of improving gonalgia and functions of joints. Methods:56 KOA patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n =28) and the control group (n = 28). The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate; on which basis, the treatment group was also given needling-warming moxibustion. WOMAC score were compared after the treatment and at three months of the follow-up. Results:It showed that the treatment group had better effect than the control group on alleviating pain and improving joint function after five weeks of the treatment(P ＜0. 05). Also, the treatment group was far superior to the control group in terms of effective rate at three months of the follow-up (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion:The therapy of needle-warming moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate can effectively alleviate pain and improve joint function in KOA patients.关键词
