舌三针配合头针治疗中风失语症的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tongue three-needle combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of stroke aphasia. Methods:65 patients with stroke aphasia were randomly divided into the treatment group (n =21), the conventional group (n =22), and the rehabilitation group (n =22). The treatment group was treated with tongue three-needle combined with scalp acupuncture and language rehabilitation training; the conventional group was treated with traditional body acupuncture and rehabilitation training; the rehabilitation group was only treated with language rehabilitation training. Scores of language function and NIHSS were observed before and after the treatment among the three groups to compare clinical effects. Results: There were significant differences, in terms of scores of language function and NIHSS after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the three groups(P ＜0. 01); of which there was statistical significance in the treatment group compared to the conventional group and the rehabilitation group(P＜0. 05). The treatment group was superior to the conventional group and the rehabilitation group in terms of scores of NIHSS(P ＜ 0. 05). The total effective rate was 90. 48％ in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 77. 27％ in the conventional group and 72. 73％ in the rehabilitation group(P ＜0. 05). Conclusion:The therapy of tongue three-needle combined with scalp acupuncture was effective in treating stroke aphasia, which is superior to the conventional acupuncture and single language rehabilitation training, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
