针刺联合穴位自血疗法治疗慢性湿疹的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint autohemotherapy for chronic eczema. Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n =20) and the control group(n = 20). The observation group was given acupuncture combined with autohemotherapy, the control group was given Loratadine and Mometasic Fumarate. The eczema area and severity index(EASI), visual analogue scale(VAS) of itching and dermatology life quality index(DLQI) were detected before the treatment, one week and two weeks after the treatment. Curative effect and recurrence rate were also observed. Results:The total effective rate was 85％ in the observation group and 60％ in the control group; the total recurrence rate was 20％ in the observation group and 55％ in the control group; the scores of EASI, VAS of itching and DLQL were improved after the treatment in the both groups (P ＜0. 05); the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of the improvements of excoriation, lichenification, exudation/escharosis (P ＜0. 05); the average recurrence incubation was longer in the observation group than that in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with acupoint autohemotherapy can effectively alleviate the skin lesions, relieve itch, improve life quality, and reduce recurrence rate in patients with chronic eczema.关键词
