齐刺电针联合前列地尔注射液治疗暴聋的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Triple-needling of Electro-acupuncture Combined with Alprostadil Injection in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of triple-needling of electro-acupuncture combined with Alprostadil injection in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into three groups, with 30 cases in each group(single ear: 30 ears); group A was treated with triple-needling of electroacupuncture(points of TE21, SI19, and GB2 were chosen) combined with Alprostadil injection, group B was treated with point injection (TE17-to-EX-HN14) combined with Alprostadil injection, group C was only treated with Alprostadil injection. Clinical effect were observed and compared respectively 1 w, 2 w of the treatment and 4w after the treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 86. 7％ in group A, 70％ in group B, and 56. 7％ in group C; the difference was statistically significant among the three groups(P ＜0. 05). Scores of pure tone audiometry were all significantly decreased in the three groups after the treatment, and there was difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment in the same group(P ＜0. 01); it was different between group A and group B on 2w of the treatment and on 4w after the treatment (P ＜0. 05); it was different between group A and group C at all time point(P ＜ 0. 05); there was no difference between group A and group B after the treatment and during the follow-up(P ＞0. 05). Conclusion:The therapy of electro-acupuncture combined with Alprostadil injection has significant effect on sudden deafness of the pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis. It provides reference for the combination treatment of Chinese and western medicine for this kind of disease.关键词
