揿针配合枸橼酸西地那非治疗勃起功能障碍疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Press-needling Combined with Sildenafil in the Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of erectile dysfunction treated by press-needling BL31-BL34 combined with Sildenafil. Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into the control group (n = 35) and the treatment group(n =35). The control group was given Sildenafil, 12. 5 mg every other day, and 25 mg plus 1h before sexual intercourse; on which basis, the treatment group was also treated with pressneedling BL31-BL34, the treatment was once every other day for three courses, with the press-needle remained 24 h each time, 6 days was taken as one course. The score of erectile function(IIEF-5) and clinical symptoms were evaluated, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results:In terms of score of IIEF-5, the total effective rate was 88. 57％ in the treatment group and 80％ in the control group. In terms of score of clinical symptoms, the total effective rate was 91. 43％ in the treatment group and 77. 14％ in the control group. It showed ascending trend in IIEF-5 and descending trend in clinical symptoms in the both groups after the treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P＜0. 05, P ＜ 0. 01). Conclusion:Both therapies have therapeutic effects on erectile dysfunction, and the therapy of press-needling BL31-BL34 combined with Sildenafil was better than simple Sildenafil therapy.关键词
