穴位埋线联合太极拳治疗原发性痛经(气滞血瘀证)的临床研究
Clinical Study of the Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined with Taiji in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea of Qi-stagnation and Blood Stasis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the acupoint catgut embedding combined with Taiji in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (PD). Methods:50 college students with PD of qi-stagnation and blood stasis were screened out by questionnaire survey and gynecologic examination, they were randomly divided into the treatment group(n =25) and the control group (n = 25); the treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with Taiji, and the control group was treated with Tianqi Tongjing capsule. The treatment covered three menstrual cycles, the improvement of pain period and TCM syndrome integral were compared afterwards. Results:There was an obvious decline of the severity of dysmenorrhea and TCM syndrome integral after the treatment of each course in the two groups(P ＜0. 01), but there was no statistical significance between the two groups after each course(P ＞0. 05). Conclusion:The therapy of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Taiji has a good therapeutic effect on PD of qi-stagnation and blood stasis, the effect of this therapy is similar to the Chinese medication of Tianqi Tongjing capsule.关键词
